By tram: take the tram no. 1 in the direction of Evergem, Wondelgem or Ghent Centre and alight on Sint Niklaasstraat at the Korenmarkt stop. Then continue on foot, following the tram tracks back the way you came until you reach Voldersstraat. Turn left onto that street, walk 50 m (past the Aula) and, after passing Voldersstraat 3, turn right into Paddenhoek. Walk to first bend in that alley. There, on your right side and through the sliding door, is the main entrance to n° 5. Take the stairs to the first floor for the offices of Prof. Brems, to the second floor for the offices of Prof. Haeck and Prof. Vande Lanotte and to the third floor for the office of prof. Desmet. If you prefer to take the elevator, you can find it by, from the bend in Paddenhoek, going through the wooden gate, past the cafeteria and immediately turning right. In the corner to your right you will find the entrance to the elevator. On foot all the way: From the main entrance of the station, cross the park in front of the station and turn right after crossing over the tram tracks. There you will find the Koningin Elisabethlaan. Follow this broad street north for almost 2 km, or approximately 25 minutes. When you arrive at the Palace of Justice (after crossing over a small canal), turn to the right. Then continue to follow the tram tracks, turning to the left onto Kouter, a big square. Continue straight into the Korte Meer, and then turn right at the second street, the Voldersstraat. Walk 50 m down that street (past the Aula) and, after passing Voldersstraat 3, turn right into Paddenhoek. Walk to first bend in that alley.
